One gives head, other takes cock — why choose both

A man lies on a bed between two women, one giving oral while the other receives anal. The woman on the left wears a white shirt and red lace underwear, actively sucking his cock. The woman on the right, in a purple top, lies on her stomach with her legs spread, taking his penis in her ass while holding her phone. The man films the scene with his phone as he thrusts into both women simultaneously.
